Currently using the CameraServer.getInstance().startAutomaticCapture() function for vision.
Make the camera subsystem work and allow for image processing and multiple camera streams to be streamed and switched between.
Also, optimize the camera stream and make the camera switcher as well.
Best settings appear to be 75% compression at 160x120 20fps.
