Please note that updating an existing COMET installation having a version lower than 9.4. won't work as usual.
In this case you have to uninstall COMET before installing the newer version.

There is a dedicated installer for 32 and 64 bits environments Please download the 64-bit installer when you make use of 64-bit Microsoft Excel. Please download the 32-bit installer when you make use of 32-bit Microsoft Excel, even when you make use of 64-bit windows.
COMET-CE requires the dotnet framework 4.8 to run
A public COMET Server is hosted at https://cdp4services-public.rheagroup.com with the following credentials: admin/pass. Use it as a playground to test the COMET-CE, this server is reset every night.
