Stat response should list enabled plugins/capabilities #20

Should be able to tell whether e.g. the audioscrobbler plugin is enabled from the stat api call and then not bother to try to use the scrobbling json api.

fixed. plugins can optionally appear in capabilities list. audioscrobbler plugin does this now.

Had to remove your local includes:
