Unable to update bot pack #647
Comments
can you send a screenshot? |
Unsure if this worked correctly. |
Hey swz-git, have you been able to view my screen shot at all? |
I am having this exact same issue. Fresh install, tried to download the bot pack, fails every time with this message |
I suspect that it may have something to do with the fact that I didn't install it to the default folder location |
I completely uninstalled it and reinstalled it to the same folder, and it is working now. Seems like a configuration issue on their end |
Cheers hexicgrind, I think I still have Python installed as when I reinstalled RLbot twice this weekend it didn't take the 5 mins or so like a new install does. I'll look for Python and uninstall that, then try a new install again and see if I can update the bot pack. I'll keep you posted. |

Gets to “extracting zip file” but goes no further.
In command line it tells me:
Permission error [WinError 5] access is denied. May this be a “run as administrator” thing?
