The only thing to note is that we do need bics_sectors at some point in order to use the gitbooks

this refers to having the bics_sector removed from the create_audit_file function in PACTA_analysis, as it was creating bugs when running the analysis.
Consider how to re-introduce this once necessary and in a robust way.
