Instant mode - starts next download task immediately after finished previous task.
Example:
Take = 3

  1. Start: Task1, Task2, Task3
  2. Running: Task1, Task3 | Finishing: Task2
  3. Start: Task4 | Running: Task1 | Finishing: Task3
  4. Start: Task5 | Running: Task1, Task4
  5. etc.
