Render the schemas as formatted text

Reading the Python is annoying because there's a lot of bloat (e.g., type annotations, class definition statements). We should render the schemas into a form easy to make prettier (e.g., Markdown).

While add it, use the ontology utilities from #64 to link to BattINFO.
