BUG - DSM has been reset after ARPL upgrade

Arpl version: 23.5.4 > 23.6.4

I had ARPL 23.5.4 burned to USB flash drive and configured DS3622xs with DSM 7.2-64561.
Today I've updated ARPL to latest, including Add-ons and Modules. Then I did a Rebuild loader in menu.sh. After that I've go the message: DMS on your DS3622xs+ has been reset so you are required to re-install DSM.

Is there any way to retrieve my files? I can't find the 64561 version any more, is that version retrieved by Synology?

I was able to create a new USB flash drive with my old version 23.5.4, choose an older version prior to 64561, but with the same DS3622xs+ and created the boot loader. When loaded I was able to setup DSM with the previous settings, but needed to download the PAT file manually. Downloaded the latest 7.2 PAT file and uploaded it. That didn't work. So I then got back to the menu.sh and updated ARPL from there. After that I build the loader with the latest version of 7.2 and after that DSM booted again and everything worked again..
