Mit 2.3 hatten wir das Thumbnail-Format (150x150) rausgenommen, da es zu klein für heutige Standards ist.

Nach Rückmeldungens tellt sich jedoch heraus, dass es dennoch häufig bei Personen- und Symbolbildern in Verwendung ist.

Daher wieder einführen.
