Übernahme von FAQs und Einträgen aus OTRS #5

Die gängige Software OTRS erlaubt ebenfalls die Bereitstellung von FAQs.

Es soll möglich sein, diese ebenfalls zu übernehmen und anzuzeigen.

Hierfür muss man bei der Registrierung neuer Hosts auch den Typ der jeweiligen Daten-API angeben.
Somit hätte man hier schon Typ: WordPress API und OTRS.
