@meiqimichelle - this is an inconsistent problem. I've seen it in the span of a few minutes to be working properly, then not working. I'm not at present able to repro even on Prod, where a saw this issue 2 days ago.
@hollyallen @jjoteal @ErieMeyer - Can you also try to find steps to repro? it goes back and forth for me. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I think I've only seen it on Chrome Mac.

I'm seeing weirdness on mac chrome.

Steps to recreate:

• hit "find schools" on homepage
• on search results page, modify search to only be in the "state" of DC
• hit "find schools" on the search filter
• no tooltips on the search landing page work
