As a Consumer, I can perform a Simple Search using Name and see a list of search results

You can test this by visiting:

https://pages-staging.18f.gov/college-choice/

Then enter a name or term, such as "university" and hit return to submit the form (there's no submit button yet). This will take you to a URL similar to:

https://pages-staging.18f.gov/college-choice/search/?name=university

Which should list only schools with the word "University" in their name.

Demo looks functional on Shawn's machine. Still need to test when I can drive myself. And it also needs Design review by Jess.

I think we're ready for acceptance testing on this one. The URLs above are still valid, and now there's even a submit button that you can use! Search results look like this:

If I search for a very specific name, like "Greasy Sticky note Institute of Technology" I should get just that single result. Right now, I get 1,272 Results (which I think are any that contain any of those words)

We also want to solve for searching for Berkeley and finding the University of California,= at Berkely and Berkeley College (in New York)
