IoT Agent endpoint does not support any parameters for querying service group, see here. Therefore, the FiliP function get_group does not work as expected. We can implement some workaround, e.g. filter function...

I find another tiny bug of service group operations. If create a service group with attributes, the attribute type will be removed. The exclude_defaults here is the cause.
