Migrate configuration commands & Adding/Improve features, interface.

I'm migrating bot configuration to SlashCommand with touch interaction which is Context Menu to select actions and I'll also mention what they are:

• Disable/Enable
• Select channels. (If it exceeds the limit, the person can move it using menu interaction.)

Interaction Changes:

• Limit people who didn't execute the command by her, but return a message saying that it wasn't the person who executed the command.

What were done?:

• Disable/Enable
• Create paging of selection menu
• Select channels.
• Limitation and message.

Final plan of this implementation:

• Build an interface for interaction
• Add menu selection support to this interface
• Improve the event collector
• Add support for button in this interface.
• Re-tweak the collector and the interface as well.
• Final test of these latest implementations

The idea is to implement a good interface so that we can better manage the interaction and also move it to pagination. The good thing is that we can interact with the components enough and also identify it better in the Array.
