Vehicles listed in mission brief are not present during the mission

Describe the bug

During the campaign, specifically the Warsaw pact, mission descriptions say there will be a BMP-1 or BMP-2 available however after loading the mission the only vehicles available are either the BTR or SPW, and the tank squad. The BMPs are not available at all

No.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to campaign - warsaw pact
2. Click on any mission that lists the BMP1 or BMP2 as available
3. start misson
4. Mission starts, only tanks and PCs are in mission, no IFVs

Expected Behavior
IFVs to be in mission to use
