Stationary tanks on Defend position : Tiger.

Describe the bug

A platoon of enemy Pact tanks will have two stationary on the other side of the map not moving unless provoked by a NATO unit.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Campaign'
2. Play until you find mission 'Defend position tiger'
3. See two Pact tanks stationary

Expected Behavior

The Pact tanks are meant to go up the hill like the other platoon member.

Additional context

The position in the first screen shot is irrelevant I took this first screenshot because it happened before. In the second screen shot you can see the stationary tanks location, the third screenshot is meant to show that the rest of everything moved up, the fourth screen shot you can see the other tank in the platoon moving up. I'm guessing this is one of the wrong tanks being given platoon leader status.
