This repository hosts the Alikeness based on Regression on Transcriptomic DECOnvolution (ART DÈCO) R Package. An R package that determines the differentiation stage of pancreatic neuroendocrinal neoplasia (PANnen) based on bulk RNA-seq or on mRNA array experiments of cancer-tissue.
