Control delimiters for space/CR expansion #153

As the title says. Is there a way to configure this?
I want space/CR expansion when inside (), {}, [], but I almost never want them inside "", ''.

I feel the same way and I doubt many people want that.

The <CR> and <Space> expansions are off by default. How to turn them on?
