How to change time reload message.

If you mean the interval which checks for new messages I don't believe that's easily changed.

You could go hunting through the code or maybe someone else knows.

If I'm correct it is hard coded at once every minute and not configurable.

And I am sure we need to label this issues as change-request and make it configurable per user.
Also it could be good idea to set in admin panel minimum and maximum intervals.

It makes sense for some users to ask every 10 seconds.
And for some ones it is OK to ask each 5 mins.

I have good connection and enough resources, so I prefer to ask server each 5-10 seconds.
