Hi,

When creating an issue, you are pointed to the CONTRIBUTING.md by a salmon colored ribbon with the text "Before you submit an issue, please review the guidelines for this repository." The link under "the guidelines" points to CONTRIBUTING.md.

I think it is better to point to CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md in that ribbon.
