Most of the libraries included in the vendors directory are years out of date (e.g. jquery and qr.js). It would be better to support the current versions of these packages and install them via NPM.

I'm working on the Debian package for rainloop, and while I may be able to complete it without this, bundling libraries within other packages in the Debian archive is frowned upon.
