Sieve error message when saving script and no vacation option

Hi, I'm using the latest community version of rain loop on a hosted server.

I have two issues at the moment, I get a Sieve error message when trying to save a manual script and there is no vacation option under 'Actions'.

If I'm honest I'm a bit stuck as I'm not a coder and although I can fix things on php with help I can't find anything that answers my issues.

Tonight I will enable bug reports to see what else I can find or send if any one can help.

The error when saving is

"MailSo-Sieve-Exceptions-NegativeResponseException",

I believe this means that there is a script error so any help would be great.

As for the missing Vacation option under Actions I see it is supposed to be there as seen on various screen shots, the other Actions all seem to work. If I was able to find where the sieve config files were I could always rename the reject option as it would do what I want and send a auto reply or vacation message but I could not find it.

Update

Ok, so I found that the files for vacation are deffinetly installed but why is it not picking up as a Action option? Also still not sure why it's having issues saving Manuel Seive scripts 🤔 Help any one???
