Please include Basque language from Transifex #1989

Opening this issue on behalf of the translator.

The translator tells me that RainLoop has been fully translated in Transifex for about a year, and is surprised why it isn't included.

It seems to me that the last sync of translations from Transifex to GitHub was made in 2018, that would explain it.

Could you please sync the Basque language translation?
