Describe the bug

In any game (CHD), constant stuttering and slow sound.
Phone Xperia XZ1, 835SD, Adreno 540, 4GB RAM, Android 9.

Steps to reproduce

Just start any game in the CHD format.

Expected behavior

I was expecting a comfortable sound.

In the audio settings, there is a function slow mode, if you turn it off, the sound is clear - but interrupted every couple of seconds, if you turn it on, there are no interruptions, but it's just a mockery for the ears some.
The game Die Hard Arcade was taken as an example. And was tested on emulator Yabause, there are no problems with sound on this emulator.

On the Yabause emulator, I choose that sound engine, and there are no stutters. Add to Saturn.emu a choice of sound engines for older devices.

Hi. I honestly bought the emulator from Play Market. Please fix the sound issue on my Xperia XZ1 device.

I also face the same problem that Frensis mentioned. I noticed that changing the option from "Frame Rate Target" to "Full" the sound doesn't crackle or skip, but the game doesn't flow at normal speed.
