Describe the bug

when I run the rom from mapper 45, the menu is glitched just like the games

Steps to reproduce

after running the rom from mapper 45, the menu is glitched in version 1.5.68 nes.emu rom worked normally
4-in-1 (Y23) (Unl).zip

Expected behavior

when I run the rom the menu should look like this.
4合1(YHC-Y23-00)(其他版)_4-in-1 (YHC-Y23-00) (Unl)
