The problem

While editing https://stackoverflow.com/a/27867992 I was trying to document lazy-if and found no documentation on it when searched.

It might have been one of them that are part of Rakudo, but not in ROAST

then they are not part of the spec: https://irclog.perlgeek.de/perl6/2018-05-22#i_16194223 These are usually not documented until they are specced or until they are really, really needed because they are used by something that is there, like StrDistance. Problem with not-specced things is that they might change any minute. Anyway, if you see the need to document, we can try and do our best. But without roast examples, sometimes it's difficult to find out what they actually do.

It's used in wig. But still, not specced. So not doing it for the time being (that's basically an alias for NOTSPECCED)
