The problem

As indicated in #2294, right now installing p6doc requires all kind of things (including node) which are actually needed for the website. You probably don't need all that to say p6doc Str, as the OP has indicated.

Suggestions

Off the top of my head, we would have to split this in two different repos, one for the website and the other for the actual documentation + p6doc. Maybe split the tests, maybe find out what we are actually doing, maybe have two META6.json, and have one only for the doc subdir.
Any suggestion is welcome.
