README should show a sample of reading something from the raku/doc documentation (shown here from a local checkout)

$ RAKUDOC=$HOME/sandbox/doc  raku -I. bin/rakudoc -b
$ RAKUDOC=$HOME/sandbox/doc  raku -I. bin/rakudoc Type/Parameter
