I would like to show which environmental factors contribute to how much nitrous oxide gas (N2O) is released during the spring. These environmental factors can be grouped into soil characteristics and weather. Soil characteristics are different among sites, but are the same every year. Weather is different among sites and years. When I organize these data into a tidy dataframe, this means that soil characteristics are repeated many times.
I think that this repetition is causing a failure of convergence as described on SO . But I can't just eliminate those data.
@gastonstat, is there something I can do about this?
