one source -two output files

If I add to seperate parts of one source file it ends up with "failed" on both output files.
Anyway the first converted file is okay ven thoug it's marked ad failed.
The second output file is of zero length.
My guess is that VidCoder sees the input file as reserved by another prosess.

It should only fail if something has a write lock on the file. The log might tell you a more specific reason.

You could also try with Handbrake. It might be an engine issue.
