Enable similar functionality to the IPFS gateway subdomain spec where the public key for a hyperdrive is used as a subdomain the pathname is used for the path.

e.g. http://key_here.hyper.example.com/example.txt is equivalent to http://example.com/hyper/key_here/example.txt.

Alternately this is something folks can do in their NGINX configs.
