Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Primarily, I want to center the Minimap along the bottom of my screen but there is no "Center Horizontally" or snapping or any other sort of positional functionality betsides just dragging and hoping you're lined up correctly..

Describe the solution you'd like
Snapping to center axes or "Center Horizontally/Vertically" buttons and incremental adjustment buttons, similar to Bartender:
