Thanks for a great library!

Having Dirichlet Noise in this library would be great for my use case, and I couldn't figure out a way to get it with noise-rs. Deepmind used it their AlphaZero paper, which has put it on a lot of people's radars. See this Stackexchange thread has some great additional details on how it works.
