需求内容
某个功能虽然已经投票决定移除了，但是个人认为其中不会引起什么争议的部分（本地导入）还可以保留。
对于不经常换的人来说这已经够了，而且能省下一个模块，并且符合模块的目标MMGA（虽然miui已经寄了）
