selectConcat / concatMap are defined in docs but not available #171

Rx.Observable.prototype.selectConcat and Rx.Observable.prototype.concatMap exist in documentation but not in latest Node.js version of RxJS.

@RReverser will be in the next release. Need to clean up a few things before the next release.

@RReverser now fixed in v2.2.25
