Issue Description

The profile picture and user name are not visible in the staging dashboard

Expected Behavior

The user name should be visible for any use case and the profile pic should be visible if found.

Current Behavior

Due to missing profile pic the entire logic of displaying profile section is crashing as it does not handle -ve case
