Add Filtering Feature to Request Management Page

Add feature for filtering on the request management page, including user search and suggestion, sorting by newest and oldest, and filtering by status (approve, pending, rejected).

Expected Behavior

Users should be able to filter requests based on specific criteria such as user search, sorting by date, and filtering by status.

Current Behavior

The request management page does not have filtering capabilities, making it difficult for users to search for specific requests or sort them based on date or status.
