change the format of & to (example: April 29, 2023)

Issue Description

Right now on the task details page, the date is not that great in format it just shows
05/02/2024, 22:08:54. We need to change to a more human-readable example: on April 29, 2023

Expected Behavior

The expected behaviour should be on February 17, 2024.

Current Behavior

Current behaviour, there it just shows the date eg: 05/02/2024
