[1.18.2] Sacred Rite does not cause animal breeding

Bug: Animals are not breeding when under the effect of the corrupted eldritch sacred rite, when a totem is inscribed with an eldritch, arcane and two sacred spirits.

Expected Result: Animals begin breeding automatically after waiting for a while. Can be sped up by filling pen full of animals.

Tested on the Forge version of the mod and worked as intended, not taking much time at all putting many animals in a pen and they begin to breed. Went back on Quilt version filled the pen full of animals, even increased random tick speed, still nothing.
