Describe the bug

Well, lunar water can be produced in the Nether via cauldron.

To Reproduce

  1. Place a cauldron in the Nether.
  2. Place water into the cauldron.
  3. Wait.
  4. Toss in Luna Quintessence.

Expected behavior

I expect Avernus to be not-so-friendly to the moonmaiden's powers.
Whoops, wrong game. I expect Lunar Water to follow the typical sky requisite for being generated.

I don't know if I care to address this bug. It is true, attention to detail, but this would mean touching Nyx's lunar water code when we have mostly moved to the Night-jar (even though cauldrons are still a valid method).
Now, consider this:
