Advanced maker options v2

As discussed in #87 and #106

• Add order "pause" button. An active and public order can be hidden temporarily using a "pause" button.
• Add new advanced maker option: customize escrow/invoice submission step duration.
• Add easy-renewal once a public order has expired. The contract box asks to simply lock a new invoice to re-publish.

Leaving these two for a future PR:

• Add pop up to inform takers of custom escrow/invoice submission step duration.
• Add pop up chart with flow chart of the order trading pipeline (steps X/5) on order page. It should also display expiry time for each.
