Looking for odie files under /opt/odie

Looks like it expects odie disk to be mounted somewhere specific under /opt. Can we make this relative, or add the mount location to directions?

There are alots of hardcodes to /opt/odie that have cropped up.

General clean up here involves a few things:

• Location of config directory for builds
• Requiring root to perform builds (mostly resolved in the alpha)
• Overall usage post-installation

At installation time, I would like to use a RPM to perform the actual installation. This standardizes this and makes it somewhat moot for the installation case. Lots of work to do for the build case though..
