[raffle] ability to run mutiple raffles at once. Plus channel override

It would be fantastic to be able to run mutiple raffles at once.
In addition it would be cool to be able to run a flag to have an optional channel post override.
Also a setting to limit how many raffles you want on the server at a given time would be really awesome!
I know the dev isn't able to find time to update it but if someone else does I'd appreciate it and might be able to toss some cash in?

absolutely!
Right now it auto posts to whatever channel its set to (if that is set) I was asking to have an option to have it post elsewhere if the need arises.
I hope to have the other options considered i love how easy this cog is to use.
