[CASINO] Max games per day feature request

Having a command that lets you set the maximum games someone can play in a day would balance things. For example, [p]casinoset maxgames blackjack 30. That would make it so every player can only play 30 games a day until a Cooldowns hits.

If we just set a long Cooldowns for every game, players get annoyed waiting so activity kind of dies.
