What should we improve? Use reference docs from npm registry instead of bundled local file.
A clear and concise description of desired behavior for the feature. Dont keep bundled reference-docs package but get it by npm i.

Why should we improve it? It will be easier to update version of reference-docs. Because currently every update of ref docs requires changes to it.
