Object.defineProperty( destination, property, {
   value: 5, // initial value
   enumerable: false, // can't be iterated
   configurable: false, // can't be redefined
   writable: true // allows assignment operator
});

Vuejs uses Object.keys to determine the fields to watch. Make sure only desired fields are watchable.
