Develop an algorithm capable of calculating the temperature measurement within the bounding box in FLIR R-JPG images of photovoltaic panels.
This algorithm should be integrated with the automatic detection of several types of failures in PV panels, which is performed by the Machine Learning code, located in this repository, that generates the bounding box.
For the calculus, it may be used the metadata of the FLIR infrared image (R-JPG)
Plus, the task requires an research about the mathematical equations that should be used to describe the physical relation between the digital valor of each pixel or the image with its corresponding valor of temperature. For more details, see this forum from another similar project.
