Add an "ignore blocked requests to" option to ignore certain blocked destination domains and therefore avoid showing a blocked content notification when only these destinations are blocked.

The argument against this one is an issue of cluttering the interface. If this is implemented, I think it would be a feature that has to be enabled through the preferences window rather than have it be visible by default.

For now, let's consider it a feature to work on down the road.

This seems to complement #6, Blacklist support.

Still recommend as an opt-in option if implemented, such that users can still fix their blacklist from the context menu (eg "Remove from Blacklist" for inadvertent clicks).

This sounds like NoScripts "Untrusted" feature. I don't need a red flag to alert me on every site that google-analytics.com has been blocked. I'd like to just hit "Ignore" on that one, and have the fact that it has been blocked ignored on all sites in future.
