!RequestPolicy ignores the docShell.allowMetaRedirects property. TBE or some addons such as Tab Permissions can enable or disable the property, but after installation of !RequestPolicy, redirects in same host are always allowed.

Fixed in r341. I can only guess that the forced-redirect code was the result of initially (way back in initial development) trying to stop redirects by disabling the docShell's allowMetaRedirects. However, that's not needed because the cross-site redirects will be blocked via shouldLoad.
