Turbo is a mode where speed of game increases by a constant, and then decreases back. Can be toggled by a key. Gives extra score?

Acceleration is a mode where speed increases while a key is pushed, going faster and faster. When key is not pushed, goes back to normal speed quickly (not instantly). Gives extra score?
